Leadership Update

We’re excited to announce two well-earned leadership promotions across our organization.

Jim McNichol has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer of Mabin Holdings, supporting PennFab, Inc. and The Martelli Companies. With more than 35 years of experience, Jim brings steady leadership and deep expertise in finance and HR. Over the past nine years at PennFab, he has strengthened financial controls, improved reporting and forecasting, and helped build systems that support long-term growth.

Steve Krotzer has stepped into the role of Director of Operations for PennFab, Inc. Steve leads the day-to-day operations of the company and our AISC certification efforts, ensuring quality and consistency across the organization. With a background in electrical engineering and 12 years at PennFab, he brings a practical, systems-driven approach to continuous improvement.
