September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and today we’re celebrating Patrick, the nephew of a PennFab team member, on his 8th birthday.

Six years ago, Patrick was diagnosed with high-risk Neuroblastoma. Today, he’s happy and healthy, thriving in school, surrounded by friends, and passionate about every sport he can play or watch. As his mom wrote, “These are the days we prayed for.”

The PennFab team is wearing gold for Childhood Cancer Awareness and blue for Patrick’s favorite color. We’re sending him a photo and a big birthday wish. PennFab also made a donation in Patrick’s honor to the Kisses for Kyle Foundation (www.kissesforkyle.org), which supported his family during treatment. Please take some time to learn more about this important organization.
