What beautiful warm fall weather we are having in our area of the farming world!
With fall comes harvest season. Please watch out for all of the farmers on the roadways trying to get to their fields. They put in long days and long hours and even into the late night sometimes trying to get things done so that you and I, as well as the rest of the world, have food on our plates. Grant them some grace and space when approaching from either direction. They are just trying to do their job and do it safely.
Drive safe, keep eyes and ears open and give that farmer up in that tractor or combine seat a wave of your hand.
