This company began with a dream and the help of good people. I have created my own roasting process and built much of my own equipment. I do not own a fancy, expensive roaster. My coffee is as close to home made as one can get. I do propane, wood, charcoal, and pan roasting. My roasting processes cannot be duplicated by anyone other than myself. I'm simply a small town man earning some extra bucks

and hopefully headed towards establishing a solid company that can employ others. I want to provide my customers with custom roasted, superior quality coffee while also making a difference, beginning right here at home in Happy Valley, NC.
