Mission Bell is proud to receive this recognition as a Community Partner from Hollister High School for our work supporting local students and introducing them to opportunities in the trades.
From career fairs to shop tours, advisory board involvement, and our first paid summer internship program, we believe the best way to help students explore their future is to give them real exposure to what’s out there.
Careers in the trades can be incredibly rewarding, and we’re grateful for every opportunity to connect with students, answer questions and help them discover a path they may not have considered.
Supporting the next generation right here in our community is important to us, and we’re proud to help students see what’s possible.

At its meeting on Tuesday, the San Benito High School District Board of Trustees recognized Hollister High School alumna Ivy Villegas of Mission Bell for the company’s valued partnership with the District and its investment in creating meaningful opportunities for students.
Through its internship program, Mission Bell provides students with real-world experiences that help them develop professional skills, increase their awareness of potential careers, and envision promising futures. The partnership opens doors to experiences and career opportunities that might otherwise have been unavailable to students.
The District recognized Mission Bell for its commitment to Hollister High School students and its continued support of the broader Haybaler community.

Themed rooms bring a little whimsy to the workplace, and this nautical-inspired breakout space does it beautifully. The ship-like wood detailing, abstract ocean panels, and curved bench seating carry the theme without going overboard (pun intended!), creating an inviting and relaxing space.

Mission Bell is proud to announce the addition of another vehicle to our Commute with Enterprise vanpool program! After seeing the success of our first two pilot vehicles, we opened the program to more employees and recently added four Central Valley commuters. With available subsidies, employees can save money, reduce emissions, and make the daily commute a little less stressful. Supporting our employees while reducing our environmental impact are two priorities we’re proud to stand behind.

Falls are the leading cause of fatal injuries in the construction industry. Reducing that risk is critical to keeping our employees safe. Jobsite safety awareness sessions reinforce the importance of staying alert and wearing the proper protective equipment for the work being performed.

By turning what could be “dead space” into thoughtful design, this under-stair area becomes a functional focal point in this corporate lobby. Custom millwork, along with integrated seating and greenery, is a great example of how to make every square foot count.

We’re grateful for employees who work hard every day, and each year we celebrate them with our annual company picnic and barbecue!
From watermelon-eating contests and some serious tug-of-war to games, raffles, and plenty of great food, it’s a chance to step away from work and simply enjoy time together. We spend many of our days together, so it’s especially nice to connect outside of work, meet each other’s families, share some laughs, and strengthen the relationships that make Mission Bell more than just a workplace.

Mission Bell hosts several high school tours throughout the year, but this summer, we took it a step further! Through the Hollister High School internship program for recent graduates, we welcomed two interns for six weeks of hands-on experience and a firsthand look at the opportunities available in the skilled trades. The program was a success all around! Oswaldo completed his six weeks and is now headed to UC Merced to study Mechanical Engineering, while Vitto found his next step right here at Mission Bell, joining our team as a full-time employee and member of the Millmen’s Union! Congratulations Vitto, and best of luck to Oswaldo as he heads off to college. We loved having you both and are proud to have been part of your next chapter!
