Today we remember and honor Janice Vanhook, a longtime member of the Big 4 Lumber family and someone who truly helped shape the heart of our business for so many years.

Janice was one of the sweetest women you could ever meet, but she also had a way of keeping everyone on their toes at all times. She brought laughter, honesty, hard work, and a personality that could light up the office on even the busiest days. So many employees, customers, friends, and family members were touched by her kindness and the genuine care she showed to everyone around her.

For many of us, she was more than just a coworker, she was part of the everyday rhythm of Big 4 and part of the memories that make this place feel like home. Her presence will be deeply missed, but the stories, laughter, and impact she left behind will never be forgotten.
