The Future of IDD Systems Manufacture & Support

As many of you know, IDD Process & Packaging, Inc. closed its manufacturing business on July 31, 2025. Today, we want to share an important update regarding our ongoing commitment to you and future customer operations.

What This Means for You and Future Customers:

• Uninterrupted Technical Support: Our expert team remains available to support the full range of legacy IDD systems.

• Operational Stability: We have partnered with, MACG Parts, who have provided us with a dedicated office and operational base to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Global Reach: We continue to service all international and domestic accounts.

• To protect your investments: My technical group and I have transitioned to MACG Parts, of Moorpark, CA, as an interim independent support team. Over the past 35 years, IDD built a vast, international customer base. Our sole mission moving forward is to ensure your systems continue to run flawlessly.

• The IDD equipment designs and manufacturing rights: Are being acquired by iT&T Equipment, LLC, of Moorpark, CA. This company is owned by two highly skilled engineers, who will be supported for a minimum of two years by the MACG Parts technical support team. This team will transition into iT&T Equipment as iT&T’s experience and knowledge of the systems grows.

We are deeply grateful for your loyalty over the decades. We look forward to supporting your business through this next chapter.

The brew crew at Peak Drift Brewing Company in Columbia, SC., celebrate their first brew day in their beautifully renovated brewery and entertainment center. They continued during the week to prove their 20 Hl. HEBS brewhouse, ancillary and utility systems to compliment their Smoked Brewpub 5 Hl HEBS system opened earlier in the year in the downtown area. Columbia and South Carolina can now look forward to some great beers coming from their Master Brewer Ashley Kinart-Short and Head Brewer Jordan Skeen during the coming months.
