Throw back Thursday. Last week got a call to fix a pin from turning on an excavator. Showed up and straightened the mess up with what the previous welder tried attempting to fix. It should hold with the support we put in and the additional welds we added. While inspecting the rest of the excavator for cracks we stubbled upon some serious stress cracks, so we gouged out the old welds and cleaned it up really good and laid new welds in. Got the job done right. Some places were more awkward then others but we did our best but as they say there’s always room for being better!

We’ve been slow the past few week so here was one the latest big projects we had going. Local feed store was in need of a rebuild on their roller mill to grind feed. We got it done with some on the fly designing and building. It was quite a job for a little piece of equipment but there was a lot of moving parts and aligning we had to work on as well as figuring out how some parts of the mill use to work to make everything operate right. Stay tuned for more throw backs and new jobs coming soon!
