At rebound velocities of less than 40 percent of the original impact speed, BSCI materials and products outperform our competitors whose products have a rebound velocity in the 80 percent range. This factor is another component of our material that transfers to other applications for vehicle occupants, i.e. military, automotive, aerospace, and marine. Our in-house engineering team can provide custom design consultation services and develop product specs and quotes based upon your requirements and data. We can also tailor our foam products to varying densities and temperature sensitivities in order to meet the diverse application requirements of a wide range of industries, including motorsports, military, automotive, aerospace and marine. Gentleman, Ned - A legend in NASCAR both on the track and holding a microphone. Our prayers are with the Jarrett family.

With profound sadness, the family of NASCAR Hall of Fame driver and radio/tv personality, Ned Jarrett, announces his passing on Thursday, June 4, 2026. He died peacefully of natural causes at his home in Newton, N.C. with his family by his side. He was 93 years old.

The dinner honored the Petty family and their philanthropic work and Mario Andretti's career. Dave Moody’s career was honored with the Jim Hunter Memorial Media Award and the Venturini family was honored for their contribution to motorsports and development of drivers.
