It's hard to believe the 56th Annual Machinery Consignment Auction was already a month ago!
We just wanted to sincerely thank everyone who consigned, bought, attended and worked at this years 3 day auction. We appreciate each one of you and had a wonderful time!

Good Saturday morning to everyone!

While it's not currently raining, the auction yard is still very muddy from all the moisture we got yesterday!
🚩If you need to load out items today, Nolan is still doing Limited Loading and having customers remain parked in front of the office, and we have shut down the load out lane, and are not allowing traffic into the field due to the mud conditions.

As such, if you come today, please be patient with the extended time to load. If you would like to wait for a later date, we will be here throughout next week and next Saturday the 21st as well. We will make adjustments as needed to the normal 2 week deadline for picking up items.

We can't wait to see you today, tomorrow and Monday, the 7th-9th, for the February auction! Come join us at 62686 Jay Jay Rd. in Montrose.
We're starting at 9 am with Row 1, then we'll do ATV's and Tractors starting about 1 pm Saturday and finish out the afternoon in the fenced yard, then will be back out in the rows in the field Sunday, and titled items will be Monday morning first thing, before finishing up rows that were left. ☺️
Come get some delicious food from Subwiches Sandwich Shop, Blue Ribbon Bar-B-Que and Tacos La Gran Señora!

Parking Notice for the 3 days of the upcoming 56th Annual Machinery Consignment Auction.

⬇️ See below the graphic with a basic layout of parking, effective this year, which will be in the lot in front of and next to the old sale barn, as usual, and additional parking in the field behind the corrals, to the Southwest.

🚩 Please note that there will no longer be any parking in the field to the East of the yard.

🚩 Please DO NOT park along Jay Jay Rd. For safety and visibility purposes, we advise never to park on the side of the road. If you have mobility concerns with distance, please ask about a drop off or alternative parking options.

🚩 Please be considerate to not block in other vehicles or trailers, and be mindful of pedestrian traffic.

We appreciate your flexibility! As always, watch for signage, and reach out with questions! We look forward to seeing you!
