Wieland Chase would like to congratulate Amber Faulhaber (center) on receiving a Wieland Safety Ambassador Award. Amber has dedicated her personal time to ensuring the safety of her co-workers, including completing extensive training on the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to keep improving safety in her work environment.

Amber shows up every day to the table with passion, leadership, and dedication to present innovative ideas on how to make her job and everybody's job safer.

We would like to congratulate Caden Sinclair, son of Wieland Chase employees Jared and Ashley Stahler, and Addyson Turner, daughter of Wieland Chase employee Shawn Turner, on winning the 2026 Martin V. Alonzo Scholarships.

Caden, the Martin V. Alonzo Family Foundation Scholarship winner, will begin his journey at Trine University this fall, where he will pursue a degree in Chemical Engineering. Throughout high school, he distinguished himself as a member of the National Honor Society and Future Educators of America, while also competing in football, basketball, and track. Beyond the classroom and athletics, Caden dedicated his time to serving his community through blood drives and Project Angel Tree.

Addyson, winner of the Martin V. Alonzo Trade Scholarship, will begin her journey at Northwest State Community College this fall, where she will pursue an Associate Degree in Nursing. Throughout high school, she has been an active and dedicated student, participating in volleyball, golf, basketball, softball, cheer, and numerous musical productions. She is also a proud member of the National Honor Society, drama club, Spanish club, FCCLA, and SOAR.

Today, high school students from Hilltop High School toured Wieland Chase to learn about career opportunities after graduation in Williams County. Along with observing our metal casting process, the students were able to watch their school's block "H" be cut on the water jet.

Wieland Chase was named the 2025 Business of the Year by the Williams County Economic Development Corporation - WEDCO on March 27th.

This award comes after a $27 million expansion project broke ground in December 2025. This expansion is projected to create 43 new jobs in the years ahead and will provide Wieland Chase with improved quality and increased efficiency.

We would like to congratulate Al Bexten on his retirement after 39 years at Wieland Chase. During his time at Chase, Al worked as general labor and would go on to spend time as a caster during Project 400, as well as spending time in the finishing department. Thank you for your hard work and dedication Al, you will be missed!
