It’s all about the details the frame I just lengthened see previous posts. This frame had hydraulics on it at one point and the top shock mounts were butchered. I made replacement sections that were close to stock.

Another custom job that I was able to complete yesterday. Frame is from short bed single cab s10. Customer is putting a 1950 Chevy truck cab and bed on it. I was able to lengthen the frame from a wheel base of 108-5/16” to a wheel base of 116” to match stock length for 1950. The area I lengthened has inside fish plates and frame area was boxed to improve strength. I also made a rear filler piece that customer will weld in later once he gets final length of rear frame area under the bed.

I finished this taco truck a few weeks back. I removed the rear roll up door and built this custom made wall with door access. Customer’s are a local pastor and his wife its there retirement project. I custom made each panel just for them. Rear panel’s were made from 14 gauge aluminum sheetmetal with bead rolled artwork all done in house by yours truly. One of the best things is when a customer sends you a video and a shout out about a custom set of hinges you designed engineered and hand crafted just for them. Larry Fleszar out of North Carolina is building this amazing 1957 Chevy Gasser with a US Body Source fiberglass front end. The clamp and lock mechanism he built to use with my hinges is a perfect match. He has been keeping in touch with me and giving me weekly updates.
