Job Description for: Sales Person
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of the sales process via phone, email, fax, and in person. Sales process includes identifying customer needs including material, delivery, quantity, and price to result in an order.
• Basic understanding of steel and aluminum shapes.
• Data entry and retrieval on Windows-based CRM system, including entering of customer orders, obtain quotation information, inventory information, pricing.
• Well organized and able to multitask and work closely with others in a team atmosphere.
• Follow-up on customer orders, resolve problems to the customer’s satisfaction, respond timely to customer.
• Purchasing material as required as well as expediting both purchases and sales.
We are looking for someone with 2-4 years metals experience who can work as both a team player as well as individually. Sales experience preferred but will train the right person.
Pre-employment drug testing required.

Hours – Monday – Thursday 6:30am – 4pm, Friday 6:30am – 3:30pm minimum
