and land development and subdivision reviews. Bassett Engineering is located just East of Williamsport, in the heart of the Marcellus Shale region. We offer full services including funding assistance and environmental permitting. Our customers are Townships, Boroughs, Municipal Authorities, Businesses and Individuals throughout Northcentral Pennsylvania. We provide guidance, support, and expertise in a wide variety of engineering issues that confront our clients. We are currently serving as Lycoming County Co-Engineer for the 2010-2015 period, as well as back-up Engineer for the Lycoming County Planning Commission. We provide full services from a project’s inception through its conclusion. Some tasks may involve a simple subdivision review or a study, while others may run the full gamut from study to design, permitting, bidding, construction including inspection, start-up and testing, as well as ongoing operational assistance.
