We are looking for a well organized, energetic , reliable, dedicated individual with great communication skills and highly motivated to help with daily operations and book keeping. Included responsibilities will be hiring and training assistants for answering phone system, assist with typing documents, sales orders, contracts, service requests, printing, overall office assistance including filing, maintaining display samples and helping maintain social media sites , email responses and mailings.
MUST BE EXPERIENCED, PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS!
This is a "People Person Position"
You will work from a clean office environment where we get visitors and customers who we are building or designing new homes for along with assisting the company Owner with his responsibilities.
