Putting the final checkmark beside this one as we wrap up a total site demo/relocate in the Peach State! Roughly 1000' of case conveyor as well as automated print and apply, check weigh, scanning, and sortation brought down to the bones, reconfigured, and installed/commissioned in approximately 5 weeks time.

The new site features all new field wiring, added logic using Softing eATM transaction manager for interface between PLC and end user WMS, as well as added scan point for sorting between two pack lines.

Grateful for continued opportunity alongside a valued customer and for our team for their ex*****on.

System runoff complete for this pallet stack/destack cell in IL! Auto Sol was selected as the integrator partner for this project supplying mechanical and electrical installation services as well as controls and programming.

In stack mode, operators will receive pallets of partial product delivered via pitched gravity and air actuated skate wheel transfers. Product is removed and blanks are fed into cell to dispenser via powered CDLR conveyor. Reversing functionality allows for load into cell from either lefthand or righthand side. Dispenser allows for stacking pallets up to 12 high and automated feed out for forklift pick. Operator may also elect for dispense mode via input at HMI in which dispenser forks will lower to the next to last position, extend and lift, allowing then for singles to feed out to operators.

Wrapping up another successful conveyor project in Tulare, CA this week! This system will provide automated intake for pallets of frozen ice cream with automated barcode scanning, in-line stretch wrapping, as well as automated label application. Great job to the team and all partners involved!
