We are aware that First Data (Fiserv), the backend transaction processor for the vast majority of US merchants (including you), is currently experiencing an outage that is affecting certain merchants in the USA. The outage began this morning. This outage is preventing some merchants from accepting transactions. Your terminal may be returning an error message when you try to process. Dharma has been informed that Fiserv is actively working on correcting this issue.

We apologize for the frustration and the temporary downtime in the service. We expect the outage to be corrected soon. We appreciate your patience and we apologize again for the disruption.

There's been a change to MX Merchant reporting for data older than January 1, 2021. Learn more about historical reporting in our latest FAQ.

By default, MX Merchant only allows you to report on transactions, batches and deposits from January 1, 2021 forward. This is also true for monthly statements.

Starting in January, 2023, Authorize.net will require Users to provide a special code to verify their login. This code will be delivered via email to the address associated with the Authorize.net user account. We encourage users to make sure their email contact information is up to date in the Merchant Interface, so you can complete this process. Click below to learn how.

Starting in January, 2023, Authorize.net will require all users to use multi-factor authentication on their accounts.

ALERT: From partner A number of fake MX Merchant sites have been created online, and are being served up by search engines when users are searching for "MX Merchant". These sites all have typos in their URLs - for example "mxexmerchant" rather than "mxmerchant" (note the extra "ex" in the first URL). When you go to one of these sites, and enter your MX credentials, you are giving away access to your MX Merchant account. Once that happens, the scammers start issuing refunds on your merchant account, typically to gift cards that can be redeemed quickly. While this type of unfortunate scam is not uncommon, this current group appears persistent and rather convincing, so please be careful. We recommend bookmarking the legitimate MX Merchant site - https://mxmerchant.com/mx6/login - rather than searching for it.
