Rental Manager – Bobcat of Monroe

Bobcat of Monroe is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Rental Manager to lead our equipment rental operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the construction and equipment industry, and is passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily rental department operations, including equipment scheduling, availability, and logistics

Coordinate equipment delivery, pickup, and turnaround for rental readiness
Maintain accurate rental contracts, documentation, and billing
Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Support contractors, homeowners, and commercial clients with equipment selection

Monitor rental inventory, condition, and utilization rates

Work closely with service and parts departments to ensure equipment is maintained and repaired promptly

Develop rental strategies to increase revenue and efficiency

Train and support rental staff as needed

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines
