Hello everyone! It's been about a month since you've heard from us...and almost 6 months to the day that we've seen any of you!! At this time nothing has changed, Brad is still doing therapy and working on getting stronger. They recently changed him to a new medication, unfortunately we haven't seen any improvements in the tremors. We are praying that with time they improve!

We've had a rough 6 months, and couldn't have made it this far without all your words of encouragement, well wishes and prayers!

It does lead us to letting you all know that with a lot of tears, sleepless nights and LOTS of unanswered questions we've had to make the VERY HARD decision to CLOSE Kings & Queens Tattoo Studio. This definitely wasn't our plan or even something we thought would ever have to happen, but due to the unknown of Brad’s health it’s something we need to do. We need to lift some of the added stress off Brad, he needs to focus on getting better.

We’ve had a great 9 years as Kings & Queens, some of you have been with us longer...nonetheless; WE COULDN'T HAVE MADE IT THIS FAR WITHOUT YOU!!! We hope you truly know what you mean to us...and as we hope this will be temporary, it's NEVER GOODBYE...but always SEE YOU LATER!! We will have the email ([email protected]) available for any questions or concerns. We plan to have everything out of the studio by the end of the month. Please keep an eye on Facebook, we will be having a sale at the studio very soon. Again, please be patient with us as we make this transition into the unknown!

We THANK YOU ALL from the bottom of our broken hearts for your loyalty and trust all these years!!! We LOVE YOU!!

Hello everyone! Sorry it’s been a while since I’ve given an update…
Unfortunately at this time nothing has really changed. Brad is still doing physical therapy 3-4 times per week, he has a couple tests scheduled for the coming weeks and they’ve up’d his meds again…but for the most part he’s doing good. The therapy is helping to build his strength, unfortunately it hasn’t helped (like we hoped) the essential tremors that he is having. Which is why he can’t return to tattooing. We’re in the process of connecting with Henry Ford Hospital, as they are offering a post Covid rehab for patients having long hauler neurological side effects. So we’re hoping in the weeks ahead to meet with them and get some answers to all our questions! We will definitely keep everyone updated and hope we can put a reopen plan together soon!!! Thanks again for all the patience, thoughts, prayers and understanding through these trying times. 💜

Hello everyone! We just wanted to give an update and say THANK YOU again for all the well wishes, cards, prayers and text messages Brad has received!!! It means so much! At this time we are uncertain when we’ll be back... Brad met with his Doctors again this week, they went over test results, scheduled more blood work and thankfully they determined he didn’t have a stroke!! Unfortunately, at this time they have started Brad on some new medication and scheduled him to start Physical Therapy and in the weeks to come Occupational Therapy. So, until we get some answers, unfortunately we can’t reopen. I will give another update in the coming weeks after we get some more of the test results back and have a better understanding of our re-opening plan. Thanks again for understanding and all the patience during this unforeseen difficult time for us!! ❤

Hello everyone! Happy Wednesday! We just wanted to say THANK YOU for all the well wishes, cards, text messages and prayers Brad has received!!! At this time we’re not able to open as we planned. We met with the Doctors again and they have started Brad on some new medication and scheduled a few tests. So until we get some answers, unfortunately we can’t reopen. I will give another update in a couple weeks after we get some of the test results back and have a better understanding of our re-opening plan. Thanks again for all the patience and understanding during this unforeseen difficult time for us!!

Happy Wednesday!! We hope everyone is staying healthy! We’ve decided once again to extend our re-opening plan until June 4th, due to Brads recovery process. Please have patience with us, as this has been hard on all of us—BUT we will be here for you very soon!! We miss everyone and look forward to re-opening!! At this time EVERYONE’S ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN CANCELED! You WILL receive a text message or phone call with a new appointment date and time. Thanks again for all the well wishes and patience...we’ll be in touch soon! Until then, STAY HEALTHY!

Hello everyone! Unfortunately at this time we will not be re-opening as planned on May 4th. Our new date will be May 21st. Due to the severity of Brads covid, he isn't recovering as quickly as we hoped. Everyday he's showing improvement, it's just a slow process! Please have patience as he is doing everything he can to get back in the shop!!! I plan to call or text everyone in the next couple of weeks about new dates and times for your appointment, so respond promptly if you receive a message from us!! We've decided that EVERYONE'S appointment will be affected by this unfortunate situation, similar to the same plan we put in place last year due to covid. We feel this is the easiest and fairest way to handle this situation!! Thanks again for the patience and understanding...we appreciate all of the support and well wishes!!!

Hello everyone, I wanted to give an update on Brad. He is currently home and resting!! We appreciate all the messages, calls and well wishes sent his way! At this time we haven't made any decisions about rescheduling appointments, our focus has been on him coming home and getting better. Our goal for now is to re-open May 4th and get a plan in place! But that will all depend on his recovery. We can't THANK YOU enough for the support and understanding during this trying time for us!! Thanks again and we'll be in touch very soon!!

Hello everyone, it’s been a few days since our last post. I wanted to provide an update on our current situation. At this time Brad is in the hospital battling covid-19. They anticipate he will be hospitalized for several more days. Due to the uncertainty of the situation, we have made the decision to close the studio for the month of April. Brad’s health and well-being is our top priority at this time. We do apologize for this unforeseen circumstance, and thank you all for your patience and understanding!! I have tried to notify everyone (with the exception of a few) that had appointments scheduled for the month of April, and will do my best to get you rescheduled ASAP. For anyone that has called to schedule appointments, or had questions, we will get back to you as soon as the studio opens back up. Thank you again for always supporting us!! We couldn’t do it without all the love and understanding from our clients. I’ll do my best to keep everyone updated on Brad’s condition & our expected reopening. ~Amy

Due to a positive Covid exposure, the Studio will be closed until April 6, 2021. We have made this decision to help ensure that we are doing everything possible to help stop the spread of Covid-19.
