Congratulations to our part time employee Mike Schissel on his "official" retirement!!!

Mike joined our team and started working part time in October of 2024 after retiring from his previous full time job. He has been a "work-o-haulic" in our minds. Always helping and jumping in to run machines and if he didn't have a specific task at hand, you would usually find him sweeping and mopping!

Winner of the employee of the month for 18 months straight!! 😂😂😂😂

We want to thank Mike for his dedication to our business and wish him nothing but the best in his retirement adventures. We will certainly miss his hard work ethic and all of the fun times and stories!

K & S Machining is looking for an energetic individual to join our team. Looking to fill a part time position currently with potential to evolve into full-time for the right candidate. Job duties would include but not be limited to cleaning, deburring and packaging parts, general shop labor, running CNC machines, Sawing parts, and operating forklift. We added more room in the north building. We now have a corner for manual machining and repair! Also more space for stock, inventory and saw cutting.

Our newest investment has arrived! We purchased a CMM arm for inspection of more complex parts. It will also help with reverse engineering! We are excited to start using it.

A quick recap on 2024!

-added 2 new CNC machines
-purchased a newer manual mill, surface grinder, and inspection cart with granite plate.
-had a tremendous year of growth, making some neat parts for our wonderful customers!
-installing a new CMM inspection arm next week!
