LBE is thrilled to announce the promotions of two of our key staff members, who are both vital members of LBE.

Cathy Jordan, PMP, will be promoted to Senior Project Manager. Cathy has been with LBE for over 3 years. With 30 years of project management experience, her dedication to our project management team and company design efforts is integral to our success. Cathy has helped our team to complete many design projects, and she will now oversee and coordinate all design efforts in her new role.

Melanie Bodiford, PMP, will be promoted to Vice President of Operations. She has been with LBE for 7 years, bringing her to over 35 years of project management experience. Melanie has led the project management team and all design projects for LBE in her time here. She has been instrumental to all of our projects and to internal organizational goal achievement. Melanie will now oversee all production, project management, IT, and business development activities in her new role.

We look forward to seeing the additional impact these two ladies will have on our team in the future in their new positions. We know that they will be successfull in their new roles, and we wish them the best!

It was wonderful to have LBE's contribution to the BARKitecture charity event featured in this news article by News 2. Our creation, Rainbow Rover, was meticulously design and crafted by our employees over the last several months. The doghouse was auctioned off at the Barkitecture gala event, and all proceeds from the auction were donated to benefit the animals of the Charleston Animal Society. Our team was thrilled to be involved in such a special event!

We’re excited to share our firm’s partnership with AIA Charleston and Charleston Animal Society for this year’s Barkitecture event! 🐾

Our team designed and built “Rainbow Row-ver”, a playful nod to Charleston’s iconic Rainbow Row and reimagined as the perfect pup retreat.

These one-of-a-kind dog houses will be showcased at the 2025 Applause for Paws: Emerald City Gala on October 4th, and they’re already open for online bidding. Proceeds support Charleston Animal Society’s mission to protect and care for animals across our community.
