Boost Controlled Performance BCP x500 to x500r conversion

This turbo was sent in for a rebuild along with conversion to the larger x500r setup.

It received the following

-2 port billet thrust bearing
-staggered front and rear oil seals
-larger 9 blade point milled billet compressor wheel
-larger custom D5 5+5 blade turbine wheel
-wrinkle red powder coat finish on the compressor housing
-black ceramic coating on the turbine housing

This turbo will make more overall power than the previous x500 setup it was converted from and spool up quicker than the stock x500r setup.

If you are interested in having your turbo converted to something like this, send us a message and we will get you setup. We also have the D5 turbine wheels available for the x500 units.

This turbo was rebuilt to stock specs with upgraded internals

It received the following
-billet thrust bearing
-staggered oil seals
-chartuese powder coat finish on the compressor housing
-black ceramic coating on the turbine housing
-resurfaced flanges

We have plenty of options available for the VF52 setups including the G25-550 billet compressor wheel, D5 turbine wheel, ball bearing conversion and stock size inlet T51r mod.

Custom HCFI Subaru VF series turbo with all the upgrades.

This turbo is one of our HCFI VF series lineup with a number of added options.

Most notable is the stock size inlet T51r mod! You will not find any other VF series turbos on the market with this as an available option other than from us at HCFI.

This turbo also received a dual ball bearing conversion, G25-550 9 blade billet compressor wheel and a G25 profiled D5 5+5 blade turbine wheel.

This turbo is capable of over 400whp with supporting mods and fuel while keeping spool up close to stock.

As always, this turbo also received powder coat finish on the compressor housing in wrinkle black and a black ceramic coating on the turbine housing.

Hello everyone, this is an update post for currently placed orders.

As most of you are aware, this time of year is extremely busy for us. We're working as quickly as we can do get everyone's orders out the door but lead times can and do run longer than normal.

As stated on our website, individual listings and in our terms/conditions, we do not guarantee a delivery or build date. Once your turbo is done you will either be notified personally or will receive an update via our website.

This is one of our G series spec turbos for the Subaru stock location setups.

All of our G series setups include the following

-dual ceramic ball bearings
-billet bearing cages
-staggered oil seals
-point milled billet compressor wheels
-D5 5+5 blade turbine wheels
-all gaskets, oil feed and return lines and coolant lines
-billet adjustable wastegate actuator
-black ceramic coating on the turbine housing

This particular turbo also received the optional 3" compressor housing with a wrinkle red powder coat finish.

This turbo received a G25-550 9 blade point milled billet compressor wheel with a G25 profile D5 5+5 blade turbine wheel.

It also received a billet thrust bearing, journal bearings and staggered front and rear oil seals made of heat treated tool steel.

Hello everyone!

This is just a quick post for updates on orders and lead times.

As a reminder, all of our turbos are built to order whether you order one from us or send one in.

We work as quickly as we can to to get everyone's turbos done as quickly as possible.

Lead times vary and are not a guarantee. They will fluctuate especially during busy times of the years such as holidays and income tax season.

Please bare with us as we work through all of your orders.

Once they are completed you will receive tracking information updates either through our website or PayPal directly. If you dont have an update or order status is the same, your turbo is not ready.
