Mohawk Technology is introducing a new line of 24-Volt Sanitary Zoned Conveyors. The washdown, hygienic aspects include a fully welded stainless steel frame, hygienic bearings and feet, and removable belts & wear bars for cleaning. Designed in accordance with 3-A standards, this makes the conveyor suitable for direct food contact.
High design flexibility allows for the conveyors to be tailored to fit customers' specific needs. These include customizable zone length and width, individualized design to fit in areas requiring indexed or metered product feed, and speeds of up to 60 feet-per-minute and potentially faster depending on the configuration.
