🚗 Now Hiring: E-Commerce Auto Parts Listing Assistant (aka Gearhead Meets Keyboard Warrior)
About Us:
We’re not your average parts counter or salvage yard. We’re a fast-growing auto-parts e-commerce company taking the thrill of the garage and turning it into a digital marketplace. We buy cars, tear ‘em down with precision, and give every usable part a second life online. From engines to emblems — if it’s worth saving, we list it, sell it, and ship it to someone who needs it.
Who We’re Looking For:
Former mechanics, service writers, or anyone who speaks fluent car. If you can tell a 5.3 from a 5.7 just by looking at it, or you’ve ever argued about the right way to remove a stubborn alternator bolt, you’ll fit right in.
The Job:
Your mission is to take all the awesome parts from our dismantled vehicles and turn them into top-tier online listings that make buyers click “Add to Cart.” You’ll use our advanced software (don’t worry, we’ll train you) to input vehicle specs, match parts to makes/models, research pricing, and create listings that stand out on eBay and beyond.
You’ll Be Doing Stuff Like:
Comparing listings to competitors and adjusting prices to stay sharp.
Plugging in accurate fitment details — year, make, model, part numbers — so customers get exactly what they need.
Writing simple, clean, SEO-friendly descriptions that help parts get found and sold.
Keeping your eye on automotive trends and market changes.
Hitting daily listing goals (because more listings = more sales).
Sharing ideas to make the process faster, smoother, and better.
You’ll Crush It Here If:
You’ve got a background in the automotive world (mechanic, service writer, or just a lifelong car nut).
You’re comfortable working on a computer as much as a car.
You’ve got laser-sharp attention to detail and can spot the difference between a left and right fender at a glance.
You’re self-motivated, organized, and ready to work independently once you’re trained.
You take pride in doing it right — accuracy matters here.
Bonus Points If You:
Know your way around eBay Motors or other e-commerce platforms.
Have some experience in parts lookup systems or inventory software (Car part.com/Hollander/Checkmate.)
Why You’ll Love It:
Steady, reliable work without the grease and busted knuckles.
Work with a team that actually knows and loves cars.
Be part of a growing company that values your automotive knowledge.
Competitive pay, room to grow, and a culture built around teamwork and results.
