Design, build and install all types of resin processing equipment for industrial resin handling, including blenders, mixers, dispensers, and storage units for epoxy, polyester, phenolic, polysulfide, polyurethane, and vinylester resins, for the casting, lamination, vacuum molding, lay-up, wet out, pulltrusion and filament winding. Thorough knowledge of a wide variety of installation and curing

methods, including pull-in-and-inflate, hydrostatic inversion, hot water cure, steam cure, ambient cure and electrical cure. Hired as a consultant for fiberglass boat builders, bowling ball industry, shower stall manufacturers, spa manufacturers, and filament winding industry, as well as, a consultant for the CIPP Industry.

Ferratex Solutions new state of the art wet-out facility. They provides wet-out services on-premise at one of their strategically-located facilities. This wet-out has two of NJR's Hercules Series In-Plant Wet-Out Conveyors with a capacity of up to 72 inch liners. Other equipment includes two Mark 25 resin storage tanks, heat exchanger, vacuums system, Chemical Mixing Room and Gen3 Static Mixer. All of this equipment was designed and installed by NJR Industries.
