We are a well-established, fast paced repair shop that specializes in rebuilding and repairing late model Ford Super Duty pickups! As a rebuilder, most of the repair work is on the pickups we are going to sell! Fewer customers to manage and less time spent waiting for approvals means less time waiting around. As a lead technician, your ability to be a self-motivator and mentor to other colleagues and junior technicians will be a valuable asset to the team.

Compensation
$50k-100k+ per year based on experience
Experience:
2+ years of education/job experience
Critical Skills:
Must be able to independently assess vehicle issues and know how to repair them
Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues
Experience in programming modules
Good time management & problem-solving skills
Forward thinker on current and future repair vehicles
Must have own tools
Clean driving record & reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:
ASE certification is a plus
Great verbal & written communication skills
Have an eye for detail & cleanliness
Model and coach safety
Willingness to travel or relocate is a must. Relocation assistance is available.
