🌟Specialty Spotlight: Automated Leveling

Achieving consistent flatness is critical—and our automated leveling process is built to deliver. By cold working metal beyond its yield point through a series of precision work rolls, we’re able to correct common shape defects like coil set, cross bow, edge wave, and center buckle.

Our equipment is designed for accuracy and control, with both upper and lower work rolls supported by backup bearings. Adjustable backup bearings on the upper rolls allow for roll bending, giving us the ability to apply targeted pressure across the strip width. This means we can fine-tune flatness by working specific areas more intensely when needed.

What you’ll do:
• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Support equipment installs and continuous improvements

What you bring:
• Strong maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Skills in hydraulics, electrical systems, and fabrication
• Ability to work 5pm–5am (Mon–Fri) + respond to urgent repairs
