Resirkulere Mobile oilfield oil and water recycling services for oil field coiled tubing plug drill outs. Recoup saleable oil and reuse the recycled and filtered water

Resirkulere is an oilfield service company that focuses on recycling fresh water as required for coiled tubing plug drill out operations. The primary focus has been to clean the fresh water used by coiled tubing in order for reuse, thus eliminating the need for the acquisition, transport, storage, and disposal on an ongoing basis of fresh water as was the norm prior to the implementation of the “M

agic Tank”. The company has established its niche in the water recycling business in North Dakota using its water recycling technology to deliver service to its customers. Given the “frontier” nature of the water recycling service industry it is difficult to benchmark Resirkulere’s success against any other but its own activity. Where water consumption triggers financial pressure, substantial savings have been realized in the North Dakots’a Bakken and all coiled tubing plug drill out operations. Resirkulere is manufacturing new equipment, acquiring new employees and marketing its services to meet or exceed high levels of demand. There exists multiple other applications that can take advantage of this technology. Future ambitions include completing the process necessary to return produced water to a “frac ready” state, greatly reducing the demand for a constant supply of new fresh water. With current costs dictating final water costs to be in excess of $12/bbl. and millions of bbls per well being used, any opportunity to reduce this cost can result in a significant savings, both in cash to the customer as well as in water savings to the environment. This process also eliminates the disposal of emulsified oil.

Saudi Arabia Oil Minister Khalid al-Falih separately told a group of oil industry executives at the conference that the November pact set a new "cooperative framework" for OPEC to address short-term market turmoil.

"All of us realize that such an expanded network of producers with a larger share of global production is the only way to achieve a constructive, stable market for all," he said.

HOUSTON, March 7- The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries is moving to bring U.S. shale producers and hedge funds into widening talks about how best to tame a global oil glut. Last November, OPEC took initial steps to widen its market reach as it sought to end a two-year price war, str...

"Some producers, notably Saudi Arabia, (are) appearing to cut by more than required. This first cut is certainly one of the deepest in the history of OPEC output cut initiatives," the IEA, which advises industrial nations on energy policy, said.

Global oil output plunged in January as OPEC and non-OPEC producers curbed supply to accelerate a market rebalancing following one of the largest oil gluts in a generation, the International Energy Agency said on Friday.

"We could easily see an extra 100 rigs out here in the Permian by June," said Josh Clawson of Gesco, a Midland, Texas, electrical contractor for oil drilling rigs.

In most U.S. shale oil regions, energy firms are making strategic but cautious bets as the price of oil holds above $50 a barrel.

"As a result, Saudi Arabia has shouldered almost 60 percent of the output cuts so far, compared with a pledged share of just over 40 percent."

Saudi Arabia and its Gulf allieshave accounted for almost all the production cuts delivered byOPEC so far as the kingdom resumes its familiar role as swingproducer.
