📢 Important Patron Points Reminder

We want to make our customers aware of an important update regarding Patron Points.

The existing Patron Points policy states that rewards points expire after one year of inactivity. This policy has been in place since the program began; however, due to a software issue, the system was not previously applying the expiration policy as intended.

Patron Points has since corrected the issue, and the system will now properly reflect the existing one-year expiration policy.

We wanted to share this information proactively so our customers know what to expect when using their rewards points.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for being a valued Enerbase customer!
