As you probably noticed, it's time for your irrigation system! Normally, we schedule winterizations in mid-October, however, we encourage you to shut off irrigation a week or two early this season. Here's why:

- Summer 2019 has been the wettest season on record for the state of Minnesota and further irrigation this fall is unnecessary and wasteful

- Going into late fall with saturated soils should be avoided - it can cause issues with foundations, sidewalks, and damage buried pipe.

- The upcoming forecast include further rainfall and cooler temperatures, and the likelihood of the landscape drying out is very low.

Because any further watering is unnecessary, call us today to and electricity by winterizing your system a week or two early!
