The Glen Apartments at Valley Creek is located in Woodbury, MN. Roof structure is complete. They were finishing up the lateral system and adding additional studs, blocking, holdowns, structural screws etc. for my final site visit. They have a few repairs to finish at this point, but structurally it's just about finished.

MMY recently did a design for a full remodel of a home in Minneapolis. Tearing the roof off and adding another story. The home has new cantilevered beams over the existing deck picking up the new floor and roof. And those beams pick up another cantilevered deck. The new W27 and W24 beams and columns were installed yesterday. More pics to follow.
