Since then, Grayson Tool Company has expanded to include all facets of metal manufacturing. A 44,000 square foot manufacturing facility enables Grayson to meet the special requirements of most any metal design. A distinct advantage of Grayson Tool Company is the diversification

of the metal shop. Our prices are not only competitive on a local level, but on a national level as well. As a result of our competitiveness, over fifty percent of our business is from out of state.

We are seeking a highly skilled MIG welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding steel using the MIG process, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. We are offering a competitive wage based on experience.
Responsibilities include:
MIG welding steel components and structures to specifications
Ensuring that all welding meets industry standards and specifications
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 2 years of MIG welding experience. A welding certification is a plus. We offer competitive pay and benefits, with wages commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for advancement within the company.
