In a 1998 PFlow newsletter, Bob Pfleger, the founder of PFlow Industries, wrote "It's pretty clear that progress means change, but I'm not at all sure that the inverse that suggests change means progress is true. As the years go by, we lose beliefs, values, and behaviors that I continue to think were valid and valuable. At the risk of being the company reactionary, I'm going to fight for these things." PFlow has always prided ourselves on our strong, employee-focused company culture, as well as our enduring dedication to our dealers. Bob started PFlow because he saw the struggles involved in vertical transportation and believed there was a better, and most importantly, safer, way.
