If anyone happens to know this woman, please inform her that she is no longer welcome to shop at Hometown Ace Hardware. She was audaciously, beyond comprehension, straight forward, malicious to one of our employees who was doing her job correctly. There will be absolutely no tolerance for customers who disrespect, yell and swear at our staff who are trying to assist in their shopping. We all try our hardest to be helpful and positive and can only go so far in trying to correct something that is not our fault or in our policy. Our staff member is only 15 and has handled the situation like a very mature young adult and I am very proud of her as well as the other associate who came to help with the situation.
