This foundation dig was a little more challenging than most with there only being 5ft in between property lines. Which meant we had to haul off and stage every bit of dirt we exed out. Finding sewer and water was a challenge as well but we found it under some high voltage power lines that were also not marked as well.

We recently invested in another trackhoe to help us be more efficient in trying to be at 2 places at one time. It prevents us from having to haul them around so much back and forth. Here’s some pictures of a walk out basement and a slab we dug in two different locations a day apart.
