In the shop this week, a Wisconsin THD Hay baler engine! In years past, these were the engine of choice for small, engine driven balers. They are; heavy duty, simple, no electronics, no battery, and hand start (by spinning the wheel on the end of the crankshaft) Over time they are slowly being replaced with lighter more modern Honda or Vanguard electric start engines. We think its still hard to beat a well tuned Wisconsin.

In the Shop this week... A chipper with a John Deere engine in for some engine work, A new DS-150 standby generator powered by a John Deere 6068 being assembled, A Cummins engine that a customer rebuilt in to be run on the dyno, A PSI 8.8L getting set up for an Amish furniture shop, A John Deere 4045 that was in a fire in for dammage assesemt and repair or replacment.
