EXPERIENCED CNC INSPECTOR

Inspector Job Duties:

Conduct visual and mechanical inspection ensuring adherence to specifications and conformance to Blueprints

Maintain inspection logs
Marks defects, removes rejects, and reports conditions
Escalate any quality issues to the production supervisor as needed
Inspector Skills & Requirements:
Strong Computer skills
Strong Blueprint reading ability.
5yr+ experience working in a production role preferred
Ability to read, write and speak English

Must have longevity in employment history
Good time management skills
Attention to detail
Thorough understanding of company quality specifications (AS9100)
Knowledge and ability to use all inspection equipment and tooling

Highly Qualified CNC Machinist

Excello Tool is a custom CNC job shop that is very diverse in the type of machining we perform. We machine custom parts for a variety of different industries including aerospace, medical, automotive and commercial industries. We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our team.

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of machining experience with the ability to perform quick change overs and set-ups of their own work station. Candidate must be willing to work overtime when requested based on the upcoming job schedules. This position is for a full time first shift Monday- Friday.

Job Requirements

~ Able to operate CNC machines using Fanuc Controls

~ Set-up and operate CNC lathes and mills

~ Ability to work independently and problem solve.

~ Perform First Article Inspection

~ Ability to read micrometer, veniers and calibrators to ensure quality of machined part

~ Work with very close tolerances

~ Excellent Math Skills

~ Trouble shoot

~ Work in a fast paced environment

~ Maintain quality standards

~ Work with a variety of different materials

~ Team player with strong work ethic
