Alittle boom repair for our freinds at Yetter Boom Mowing. This little John Deere 50G decided she didnt wanna play with stumps anymore. We thought the computer was just glitching and it was just stuck in ditch mode... we tried shutting it off and restarting it.... (My IT Guy tells me that alot) 😂 All joking aside it was in bad shape...spider cracks everywhere. So we cut out the bad section, formed a new piece and rebuilt the end of the boom. The owner said he want it beefed up and thats music to our ears. So we added fish plates accordingly for long term strength. Alittle touch up paint , reassembly and she's better than factory 👌👌 Give us a Call for all your Fabrication and Heavy Equipment Repair....or hell just stop down and see us at 21 N. This Girl needed some much needed love!!! We ended up line boring four different pin bores to get it back to factory specifications with all new pins, bushings and seals. The yoke end of the H-Block ended up being twisted in two different areas. After a significant amount of time on the press straightening the block the pins line up perfect. Straightened auto greaser lines, reinstalled newly rebuilt bucket cylinder, two new hydraulic hoses and a battery cable repair shes back in business. Long reach excavators tend to work in the harshest environments. Making sure machines are greased with the proper grease for the environment they work in can save thousands in the long Run. Thanks Molnar Construction for the business we greatly appreciate it.

Cat 326 Bucket Repair for our freinds at Tuffman Equipment. Bucket had one broken holder and another holder that was run for some time in concrete with no tooth. This causes severe wear causing the tooth keeper to fall out. We Carbon Arc'd the holders off and replaced with genuine Cat holders. Welded up multiple cracks that needed addressed. Anybody that does these types of repairs knows finding the right holders, teeth etc can be a pain and time consuming. So we label all the buckets we repair with the Tooth model numbers so we only have to do it once. Especially when you have as many buckets as TUFFMAN Equipment & Supply 🤯 We're Greatful to have good customers! Great guys to work with!
