Stevenson Consulting, Inc., founded in 1984, is an engineering consulting firm. Projects undertaken include bridges and highways, new buildings, additions, renovations and historical renovations as well as associated infrastructure.
Recent project examples include the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Expansion, The Westin Virginia Beach Town Center, the I-495 Hotlanes Expansion, United States Institute of Peace Headquarters, Square 54 Redevelopment, and the HRT Norfolk Tide Light Rail. Services offered include: geotechnical engineering and drilling, construction quality control, structural steel inspection, soils, concrete, and masonry testing and inspection, environmental consulting, quality assurance, roof consulting, core drilling services, geotechnical and structural instrumentation, condition assessments, and non-destructive testing.
Stevenson Consulting personnel include civil engineers, land surveyors, geotechnical engineers, scientists and geologists, environmental engineers, project managers, electrical and mechanical engineers, structural engineers, construction engineers and inspectors, certified welding inspectors, roof consultants, technicians, draftspersons and support staff.
