Many people like those cheap Hyper Tough 20" mowers they buy at Walmart. But here is the downside. . . eventually you will need parts and no parts diagrams are available online. You have to call Walmart to get assistance. It can be a horrible experience. In my situation, I needed an engine stop cable and I provided the model and serial number of the mower. First call, they gave me another number to call, and the manufacturer said they were not the manufacturer and to call Walmart back again. So I called Walmart back again, then they gave me another number to call and it was wrong. I called Walmart back again, person said, "is this a thermometer?" I explained what I had and they couldn't find the mower they sold me. So I called back Walmart again, now they say they will call the manufacturer and call me back. Who knows if they will call me back. Something to think about if you purchase mowers at Walmart, because eventually you will need parts.
