About the Role:
As an Equipment Rental Specialist at Uptime Rentals, you’ll be an essential part of our operations, ensuring our equipment is well-maintained, organized, and ready for delivery to our customers. You’ll assist with yard maintenance and make light deliveries to help keep our customers up and running.
Key Responsibilities:
Yard Organization: Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe by arranging equipment and maintaining inventory.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning, inspections, and light servicing to ensure all equipment is rental-ready.
Deliveries: Safely transport and deliver equipment to customer locations using light-duty vehicles.
Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service during pick-ups and deliveries.
Support Team Operations: Assist with loading/unloading equipment and coordinating with other team members as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: No prior industry experience required. Pulling a trailer and handling equipment is mandatory.
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow safety procedures and ensure equipment is maintained to company standards.
