‼️‼️To Whom It May Concern‼️‼️‼️
As many of you know by now a federal judge struck the NFA and suppressor registry a huge blow this week. We have been asked a few times already what the new rules for suppressor transfers will do.

As of right now, nothing official has come out from the ATF, nothing about the mechanism that will replace the old system. Until the ATF officially replaces the old system with a new one we will have to stay within the existing rules and do suppressor transfers as we have always done. Some of the bigger dealers have taken the stance of “we will do it now and lawyer up”. Since I have no desire, nor the money, to fight the government over this or risk losing my license for doing something outside of the man’s rules, we will wait and see how this all shakes out.

If everything goes as we hope, very soon you will be able to purchase a suppressor and take it home the same day, with no extra ATF registration or paperwork, just as you do a fi***rm now. We will keep an eye on this very close and adapt to new rules as soon as they are put forth.

We Will be hosting our first Hunters Education Class this coming Tuesday and Wednesday here at the store from 5:00pm-8:00pm both days. 6 Seats Available!!!

I will be teaching a two-evening Hunter Education course. Guns Up Outdoors and Hardware has kindly offered their space for the class. Please make sure your student is available for both evenings. The hours will be 5–8 pm. July 28 and 29th .
