The Opportunity:
The Acquisition & Disposition Specialist (ADS) is responsible for finding equipment and selling that equipment to prospective buyers. The ADS will identify and develop new opportunities, as well as manage day to day transactions with their developing account base across all channels and platforms.
ADS’s will generate demand and manage accounts primarily via phone call, in-person meetings and outbound emails. ADS’s will seek out companies that are start-ups to Enterprise related companies.

In this role you’ll:
Work 50% in office in Edmond / 50% in the field. You will have some flexibility in setting your schedule
Introduce, promote, buy, and sell equipment in your territory through prospecting, cold calling, and account maintenance activities
Encourage potential buyers and sellers to come out to and view their excess inventory
Assess your customers’ needs and provide solutions based on our service offerings
Monitor the market and your competitors' services, prices, auctions, and sales
Develop assigned territory by utilizing their playbook
Maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM tool
Hit KPI’s consistently and exceed opportunities within assigned territory
Achieve quarterly and annual production and performance targets
Support existing relationships with customers to continue the sales growth by ensuring proper ex*****on of sale through coordination with Cloud Management team to fully service accounts, including sales support, operations, administrative, valuations, and field marketing
Here’s what you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Military Veterans strongly encouraged to apply
Oil & Gas, Transport or Heavy Equipment experience required
Outside sales experience in quota-driven sales (Industry experience/knowledge preferred)
Knowledge and experience with CRM.
