Small new construction home. Mike is planning on this being his “forever” home. He had us out to spray the walls with 3” of closed cell spray foam. With the walls sealed tight and higher R-value than code requires, this home will be very energy efficient, and comfortable, for as long as “forever” happens to be.

This job pays well and raises are often if deserved. No experience necessary, but a plus if you have it. Must have reliable transportation. Must be a hard worker. Hours fluctuate, and can be different every day. MUST have perfect attendance for first 90 days, this is the most important part. 3-6 days/month overnight and out of town is normal, per diem for every overnight. Pay starts at $17 and goes up to $25+ after you are a proficient sprayer (typically 1 year). Start out as a helper. Construction experience a plus. The more information on the resume, the better. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn and earn a much needed skill in today’s construction industry. Having a little fun with a laser thermometer on a hot day. Closed cell spray foam is an investment. The feeling of walking into an air conditioned room on a hot day feels even better when you do not have an air conditioner at all.
