Fall in love with your workout where everyone is welcome and anybody can dance. We offer 26 classes each week and select classes include babysitting. Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class
combining cardio, strength and stretch moves for a total body workout. The dance exercise
program blends jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun & effective workout! The
in-class soundtrack includes a wide variety of today's best music to keep you motivated and distract you from the burn. There is no dance experience necessary, as our certified instructors make all the routines fun
and easy-to-follow. Every class, you can expect a warm-up, an aerobic workout, a muscle toning & strengthening segment (using weights or resistance equipment) and a stretch to get you out the door. Everything you need for class is provided, but feel free to bring your own weights and mats if you have them, and always come with supportive workout shoes and water! If you want
