Tasks
•Wash and clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, roofs, building exteriors, clean kitchens (inside and outside) using ladders, hydraulic lift, etc.
•Lift and reposition sections and extension ladders Must be able to climb ladder and work from both sides of the ladder, must be comfortable on all roof types.
•Remove grease,dirt, and mold building interior & exterior surfaces.
•Service and maintain work equipment.
•Scrub, scrape, or spray hoods & kitchen equipment, using scrapers, brushes, cleaners, disinfectants, acid, abrasives, caustic, vacuums, or hoses.
•Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations.
•Maintain inventories of supplies.
•Press buttons to activate cleaning equipment or machines.
•Monitor operation of cleaning machines and stop machines or notify supervisors when malfunctions occur.
•Mix cleaning solutions, abrasive compositions, or other compounds, according to formulas.
•Turn valves or handles on equipment to regulate pressure or flow of water, air, steam, or abrasives from sprayer nozzles.
•Turn valves or disconnect hoses to eliminate water, cleaning solutions, or vapors from machinery or tanks.
•Sweep, shovel, or vacuum loose debris or salvageable scrap into containers and remove containers from work areas.
•Disassemble and reassemble machines or equipment, using hand tools.
•Drive vehicles to or from workshops or customers' workplaces.
•Follow instructions given by operations manager.
•Relay all job related issues to the operations manager or on site coworker.
•Keep your coworker on task and get jobs completed on time and to company quality standard.
•Be responsible for the tools, equipment and uniform assigned.
•Have solid communication skills and be able to problem-solve on site.
•Well groomed and in clean uniform each day.
•Provide service in a safe and professional manner according to the techniques learned during training and OSHA standards and requirements, including wearing required safety equipment.
•Perform related work as required.
*Mostly third shift and some travel required
