**Willing to train!**

Basic Function
To produce parts with a CNC machine as directed according to customer blue prints and specifications.

Responsibilities
1. Operate CNC machines in accordance with training and safety procedures.
2. Read blueprints and job orders to obtain product specifications and tooling instructions.
3. Observe operation of machine and verify conformance of machined work pieces to specifications using measuring instruments such as fixed gauges, calipers, comparators and micrometers.
4. Inspect and clean workspace and machines used prior to leaving at the end of each shift.
5. Complete production paperwork and inspection procedures as directed.
6. Comply with company policies and procedures with special attention to safety regulations.
7. Report any discrepancies to management.
8. Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
9. Look to improve work methods and procedures to foster greater efficiency in the shop.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Read English fluently
• 1+ years of experience working on a CNC machine preferred
