Adding 4 slots, 1/8 wide x 1.5 inches long in sticky aluminum, that is 100% of the cutter diameter, never easy.

I am grateful and appreciate that people are liking and seeing the content I am posting. I apologize for sending as much as I have in such a short time. I have some videos to put up as well. The 700 pcs of a computer board we modify, adding 4 holes and a large cut out at the base for one of our customers.
Two new to me, lathes, both are awesome pcs of equipment, 1 Hardinge HLVH, and 1 Clausing Colchester. Both of the newer lathes were brought in on our new Superline Cam Trailer and the older machinery was set on the trailer and sold.
