Recognizing Continued Excellence in Mechanical Contracting

Josam was proud to once again celebrate the recipient of the Josam Endowed Scholarship at the 2026 MCAA Awards of Excellence Breakfast.

Congratulations to Tyler Currie of Alfred State College, who has been selected as this year’s scholarship recipient for a second time—an achievement that reflects his continued dedication to the mechanical contracting industry and his academic journey.

This $2,500 annual scholarship supports students enrolled in MCAA Student Chapters who are pursuing degrees in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Recipients may be awarded the scholarship during their sophomore, junior, and senior years, reinforcing Josam’s commitment to developing future industry leaders.

We’re honored to support Tyler’s ongoing success and look forward to all he will accomplish in the years ahead.

🎉 Celebrating Employee Appreciation Day at Josam! 🎉

On March 6, we celebrated Watts Global Employee Appreciation Day with the incredible Josam team. As a small token of appreciation, the Josam Management Team (group photo) served lunch to employees to thank them for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

The team enjoyed a delicious lunch featuring bourbon beef tips, pulled chicken with BBQ, vegetable lasagna, mashed potatoes, green beans, garden salad, rolls, and sweet treats — including cookies and brownies from Della Nonna’s. 🍪

Moments like these give us the opportunity to pause and recognize the people who make Josam what it is every day. Your commitment, teamwork, and pride in your work continue to drive our success.

🍂 A little late, but we’re still excited to share our Josam Family Fun Day at County Line Orchard! 🍎🎃

To kick off the fall season, our Josam employees and their families enjoyed a beautiful day at the orchard—complete with tractor rides, apple and pumpkin picking, corn mazes, and plenty of smiles.

Everyone enjoyed a lunch of grilled burgers and hot dogs, along with sweet apple cider and cider donuts!

The kids had an amazing time visiting the farm animals and riding the iconic Moo Choo Train—parents even squeezed into the tiny train cars to join the fun. 😊

We wrapped up the day with everyone taking home a pumpkin and a bag (or two!) of fresh apples.

🍁 140 members of the Josam Family came out to enjoy the fall festivities—thanks for making it such a memorable day!
