🛡️ Ultimate protection means thinking beyond just one risk.

Heavy equipment faces threats every day. Some happen gradually through friction, wear and inadequate lubrication. Others can happen in an instant.

That’s why pairing Groeneveld-BEKA automatic lubrication with AFEX Fire Suppression Systems provides a more complete approach to equipment protection.

⚙️ Automatic lubrication helps protect critical components from premature wear by delivering the right amount of lubricant, at the right time, while the machine is working.

🔥 AFEX adds another layer of protection, designed to respond when a fire threatens the machine, the operator and the operation.

One protects your investment for the long haul.
The other is there when seconds matter.

Together, they help protect your equipment from both the everyday wear you can anticipate and the emergencies you can’t.

Two systems. One goal: protect the equipment you depend on.

⁉️ Why does this machine have TWO automatic lubrication systems?

Because sometimes, one system isn’t the right answer for every lubrication point.

🔨 On this setup, the BEKA EP-1 has one very specific job: supplying chisel paste to the hydraulic hammer, where extreme impact and demanding working conditions call for a specialized lubricant.

⚙️ Meanwhile, the Groeneveld TWIN handles the rest, automatically supplying grease to lubrication points across the excavator and stationary platform.

It’s not every day you see two systems working side by side on one machine, but that’s exactly what this application calls for.

The goal isn’t to make the machine fit the lubrication system. It’s to build the lubrication solution around the machine and the work it’s doing.

Two systems. Different jobs. One complete lubrication setup.

Have an application that’s a little outside the ordinary? Contact our team and let’s find the right solution for it.

What’s costing your equipment more: the maintenance you see or the lubrication points you don’t?

Groeneveld-BEKA is heading to CEN-CAN Expo 2026, September 9–10 in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

In demanding applications, a missed lubrication point might seem small. But over time, it can lead to accelerated wear, premature component failure and unplanned downtime.

Automatic lubrication helps deliver the right amount of lubricant to critical points at the right time, even while equipment is working.

The result?

• Less time spent manually greasing
• Better protection for high-wear components like pins and bushings
• More consistent lubrication across critical points
• Reduced risk of lubrication-related downtime
• Longer equipment life and improved reliability

At CEN-CAN, our team will be showcasing solutions from Groeneveld-BEKA and AFEX, including automatic lubrication and fire suppression systems built for equipment working in demanding environments.

If you work in mining, construction, forestry or another heavy-duty application, bring us your equipment challenges. Let’s talk about solutions that can help protect your equipment, improve reliability and keep it working when it matters most.

We’ve all heard it…

🗣️ “Half the time it doesn’t get greased.”

🗣️ “It got greased… just not enough to make a difference.”

🗣️ “I thought someone already hit that point.”

🗣️ “That one’s hard to reach, so it gets skipped.”

🗣️ “We’ll get it next time.”

‼️ The problem is, pins and bushings don’t really care why the grease was missed.

One missed point here and there might not seem like much. But repeat it long enough and you’re looking at wear, repairs and eventually downtime.

That’s the difference automatic lubrication can make.

Grease leaves the pump, moves through the system and is delivered directly to the lubrication points that need it — consistently, while the machine is working.

Because “we greased it” and “every point got greased” can be two very different things.

Up to 90 lubrication points? The GM has them covered.

The Groeneveld-BEKA GM is a multi-line lubrication system designed for straightforward installation across mobile equipment and light industrial applications.

With multiple configurations to meet different application requirements, the GM offers:

⚙️ Up to 90 lubrication outlets
⚙️ Six pumping element options with varying outputs
⚙️ Oil or grease compatibility, up to NLGI-2
⚙️ 2, 3 or 5 L reservoir options
⚙️ Push-to-fit connections for easier installation and service
⚙️ Available integrated control for setting lubrication intervals and checking system status
⚙️ IP69K protection for the electronics

The GM is designed with service and adaptability in mind. Reservoirs can be exchanged between the available sizes, while five pumping element housing options allow the system to accommodate 12, 18, 36, 72 or 90 pumping elements depending on the application.

Each reservoir is equipped with a paddle blade, and the push-to-fit connections allow lubrication lines to run directly to each lubrication point.

The takeaway? The GM can be configured around the lubrication needs of the application and adjusted or upgraded as those needs change, while keeping installation and service straightforward.

A lubrication point can’t benefit from grease that never reaches it.

That’s one of the challenges automatic lubrication is designed to address.

This Groeneveld-BEKA SingleLine system uses a centralized pump and metering units to distribute lubricant to multiple points across the machine. Each metering unit delivers a predetermined amount of lubricant, helping maintain consistent lubrication intervals while the equipment is in operation.

Why does that matter?

When lubrication depends entirely on manual service, missed points, inconsistent intervals and under- or over-lubrication can contribute to unnecessary wear. An automatic system helps take that variability out of the process while also reducing the time operators spend manually greasing equipment.

When it comes to your equipment, what’s the bigger lubrication challenge: reaching every point or keeping lubrication intervals consistent?

✅ Your maintenance schedule says it was greased. But was every point actually reached?

On equipment with multiple lubrication points, checking “greasing” off the maintenance schedule doesn’t always tell the whole story.

Some points are difficult to access. Others are easy to overlook. And during a busy shift, even routine maintenance can become inconsistent.

One missed point may not seem like a big deal in the moment, but over time, inconsistent lubrication can contribute to increased friction, wear, and premature component failure.

Automatic lubrication helps remove that uncertainty by delivering measured amounts of lubricant directly to critical points while the equipment is operating.

It’s not just about making lubrication easier. It’s about making it more consistent.

⁉️ How does your maintenance team make sure every lubrication point gets the attention it needs?

Peak season doesn’t forgive downtime.

When equipment is working harder and schedules are tighter, small maintenance issues can turn into costly problems fast.

⚠️ Here are 3 lubrication-related warning signs worth paying attention to:

1. 🔩 Dry or inconsistently lubricated points. If critical components aren’t receiving the right amount of lubricant at the right intervals, wear can accelerate quickly.

2. 🌡️ Increased heat, noise or visible wear. Changes in how a component looks, sounds or performs can be an early indication that lubrication isn’t reaching where it needs to.

3. ⏱️ More time spent manually greasing or addressing lubrication issues. If lubrication is taking operators away from productive work — or becoming easy to miss during busy shifts — it may be time to rethink the process.

⚙️ Automatic lubrication helps take one critical maintenance task off the daily checklist by delivering consistent lubrication while equipment is operating.

During peak season, catching the warning signs early can mean the difference between planned maintenance and an unexpected stop.

How is your team staying ahead of lubrication-related downtime during peak season?

Don't wait for downtime to become the warning sign. If you're ready to explore an automatic lubrication solution for your equipment, get in touch with our team today ➡️ https://www.groeneveld-beka.com/contact-us/
