A major milestone in Lubbock, Texas!

This week, our project partners and community leaders gathered to celebrate the topping out of a new $46 million, 86,500-square-foot distribution and cold-storage facility at Lubbock Business Park.

LJB provided structural engineering services for the tri-temperature facility, which features tilt-up concrete walls and structural steel framing. With the walls, steel framing, and decking now in place, the project is taking shape and moving toward its anticipated completion in May 2027.

Beyond the construction milestone, the facility represents a significant investment in the Lubbock community, with plans to support 80 new full-time jobs.

We're proud to partner with Randall-Paulson Architects and Brasfield & Gorrie on a project that combines innovative engineering with meaningful economic impact.
